UNWIND & RADIATE

A Creative Wellness Journey

June 14, 2026

9:30 to 16:30

Kloster Kappel

Kappel am albis

"Each retreat I hold is a living experience — shaped by the rhythm of the season and the energy it brings. I never follow a script. Instead, I draw from the depth of my own practice, from the living wisdom of the Indic Knowledge Systems, and from what feels true in the moment.

What I share is not borrowed theory; it’s what I’ve experimented with and integrated into my life. Whether it's a teaching, a ritual, a reflection, or a shared silence, everything offered is rooted in authenticity and integrity.

My retreats are spaces to pause, to reconnect, and to remember who you are beneath the noise. Each one is unique, but always held with care, intention, and love."

Nature in Clay Workshop

A Quiet Ritual in Form

Step into a moment of stillness, where hands, material, and presence come together.

In this workshop, you will shape a small ceramic piece using natural textures drawn from leaves and plants — each imprinting a subtle reflection of nature’s quiet beauty.

Through simple, guided techniques, you’ll be invited to work slowly and intuitively, allowing form to emerge with ease and intention. Soft layers of colour will bring depth and nuance, enhancing the organic character of your piece.

This is not about making —but about feeling, noticing, and returning to yourself through the act of creating. The object you take home becomes more than a piece of clay.
It becomes part of your everyday rituals — a gentle anchor for moments of pause, presence, and connection.

No prior experience is needed. Only your presence.

A space to soften.
To create.
To carry something meaningful with you, long after the retreat.

Viktoria Jeanroy

is a ceramic artist drawn to the quiet, grounding nature of working with clay. Her journey began far from the studio, in the structured world of finance. Yet it was in clay that she found a different rhythm — one that invited slowness, presence, and a deeper connection to herself.

Her work is shaped by nature, simplicity and intention. Using hand-building techniques, she creates pieces that are both functional and expressive — objects designed to be lived with, held, and used in everyday life.

Through her workshops, she invites others to slow down, to reconnect with their hands, and to experience the quiet satisfaction of making something of their own.

Her approach is gentle and intuitive — an invitation to create, to feel, and to return to the beauty of simple things.
