About the event

It is Pitta season when the fire elements dominate. So we will discuss about this fire element & ways to balance it in terms of foods during the class.

it is best to park at Coop near the train station or else there is parking in the small lane next to Speck but the maximum limit is 2 hours.Parking:

- 30-45 minutes dedicated to meditation & wellness 

- 3 hours of cooking & lunch. There will be 6 organic vegetarian dishes to make.
