We will cook 6 carefully created recipes from seasonal vegetables to benefit the whole family. Whether you're an experienced cook or a beginner, I will guide you through each step, offering valuable tips and tricks for adapting the recipes to suit your unique needs.

During the class, we'll explore the guiding principles of Ayurveda cooking and how they relate to our recipes. Gain insights into the significance of food choices and dosha dominance.
