Sunday-Summer Ayurveda Cooking Class

It is Pitta season when the fire elements dominate. So we will discuss about this fire element & ways to balance it in terms of foods during the class.

Address Detail: Interphone P.Deshpande, 2nd floor.  All of you know how to get to my place :) 

Parking: it is best to park at Coop near the train station or else there is parking in the small lane next to Speck but the maximum limit is 2 hours.

Agenda: 

- 30-45 minutes dedicated to meditation & wellness 

- 3 hours of cooking & lunch. There will be 6 organic vegetarian dishes to make. 

- Time for cleaning during & at the end of the class: about 20-30 minutes.
