Ayurveda & Iyengar Yoga prescribe that living in accordance with the seasons is a way to keep the body and mind free of disease and imbalances.  

Are you keen to align your lifestyle and habits with the rhythms of nature for vitality throughout the year?  

Then join us for a series of Ayurveda & Iyengar Yoga workshops, each uniquely tailored to the four seasons.

The workshops will be held on:

  • Autumn-Winter - Friday, 13th of September 2024, 18:00 – 20:30 - 65 CHF
  • Spring-Summer  - Friday, 21st of March 2025, 18:00 – 20:30 - 65 CHF

Each workshop will include:

Ayurveda:

  • Explanation of Ayurvedic qualities inherent in the season and their relationship to our physical & mental health.
  • Guidance on balancing the specific dosha affected during a particular season to support immunity, hormonal health and digestion.
  • Lifestyle practices as per season's energy.
  • Dietary recommendations aligned with seasonal qualities.
  • Spiritual practices for inner harmony and balance.

Iyengar Yoga: A sequence of yoga adapted to each season

  • Did you know that there are different yoga sequences for each season of the year?
  • Did you know that our yoga practice can vary and be adapted according to the hour of the day, pain, needs or injuries, the season of the year and when it comes to women at the moment of our cycle?
  • Depending on the season of the year our mood will also change and yoga can be a unique way to support our body, mind, emotions and energy level during the whole year.
  • Victoria will guide you in a simple, fun and enriching way through the ancient discipline of Yoga. She will explain to you how, why, what and when.
  • With all this information you will be allowed to practice yoga at home with ease and to take care of your needs and your health anytime and everywhere.

About us:

Prachi is a certified Āyurvedic practitioner who accompanies, supports, and empowers those who seek her services on their health journey towards vitality, harmony, and balance. She intends to make the wisdom and beneficial practical knowledge of Āyurveda accessible to every person who chooses to incorporate this eternal holistic medicine into their daily life.

Victoria is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, a psychologist and art-therapist. For the last 14 years Victoria has been sharing her knowledge and accompanying others in their path towards wellness and health.
